Legal Services Helpline – Haryana State Legal Services Authority (HALSA)
The Member Secretary, Haryana State Legal Services Authority (HALSA) disclosed that the Authority had initially launched a Legal Services Helpline on telephone number 0172-2604055 on 1st September 2009. Later, a toll-free helpline number 1800-180-2057 was installed on 31st May 2011 for providing legal advice to the residents of Haryana.
Any citizen seeking legal advice may visit the office of the Member Secretary at:
Institutional Plot No. 09, Sector-14, Panchkula
or call toll-free 1800-180-2057 for free legal consultation.
An official will be present at the centre from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all working days. They will coordinate with an empanelled Advocate from the State Legal Services Authority/District Legal Services Authority via telephone to provide legal assistance for resolving the caller’s legal issues.
